Shipping, Returns, Taxes, Payments & Delivery Policy

Shipping

We currently ship across India.

• Free shipping across India on all orders.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will see the final shipping and handling charges, if any, at the time of checkout after providing your shipping address.

Our delivery partner may require a signature or other confirmation at the time of delivery. Once the order has been delivered and acknowledged at the provided delivery address, responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the customer.

If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes, you accept confirmation of delivery by such recipient at the specified delivery address as evidence of delivery.

Please ensure that the shipping address, PIN code and contact number provided at the time of placing your order are complete and accurate.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders being shipped within India.

The advance amount can be paid through UPI, card, or any other online payment method made available by Bhanuni Group.

Once a COD order is placed, our customer service team may contact you and provide a payment link for the 20% advance payment.

The remaining 80% of the order value can be paid in cash at the time of delivery, subject to the availability and terms of our delivery partner.

The COD order will be processed only after the required 20% advance payment has been received.

If the advance payment is not received within 48–72 hours, Bhanuni Group reserves the right to cancel the order.

COD is not available for orders outside India.

Returns & Exchanges

All Bhanuni Group garments are made to order. Since each product is prepared specifically against the customer's order, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Customers are requested to carefully check the size information and sizing requirements available on our website before placing an order.

Alterations

In case an alteration is required, Bhanuni Group may assist the customer, subject to the nature of the alteration and the product.

• Courier charges for the first pickup and subsequent delivery of the product will be borne by Bhanuni Group.
• For any subsequent alteration request or issue, the to-and-fro courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Alterations are subject to feasibility and cannot be guaranteed in every case.

Sale / Discounted Merchandise

Refund Policy

As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

No refund will be processed if a customer is unavailable or cannot be contacted during a delivery attempt. In such circumstances, the customer is responsible for coordinating with the delivery partner to facilitate delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched, and where non-delivery occurs due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including non-availability or being non-contactable, no refund will be processed.

If the customer fails to receive the order after purchase, the customer should promptly coordinate with our shipping partner and customer care team.

Cancellation Policy

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after 24 hours but within 48 hours of placing the order will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
• No refunds will be issued once the service/product preparation has commenced.

Taxes & Duties

For Customers in India

All product prices displayed on the Bhanuni Group website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties, unless otherwise specifically stated on the website.

The final amount payable by the customer will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Payments

All payments made for purchases on the Bhanuni Group website shall be made against the price displayed for the relevant product at the time of purchase, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Bhanuni Group may use third-party payment gateway providers to process payments. Payments may be made through the electronic payment methods made available at checkout.

The use of third-party payment services may be subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policies and other applicable rules of those respective payment service providers.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, Bhanuni Group may, before dispatching an order, request supporting documents from the customer, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document or address proof, where reasonably required to verify the ownership or authenticity of the payment instrument used for the purchase.

While we take reasonable measures to facilitate secure payments, Bhanuni Group shall not be responsible for payment-related issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Lack of authorization for a transaction;
• Bank or payment-provider restrictions or transaction limits;
• Payment gateway or banking issues;
• Declined or failed transactions; or
• Other technical or payment-processing issues attributable to the customer's bank, payment provider or third-party payment gateway.

Delivery

Bhanuni Group endeavours to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeline communicated on the website or product page. However, delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Product availability and production requirements;
• Payment authorization;
• Courier or transportation delays;
• Weather or unforeseen circumstances;
• Public holidays;
• Transportation disruptions;
• Operational issues with delivery partners; or
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A delay in delivery does not, by itself, constitute grounds for repudiating or cancelling an order where the order has already entered production or the applicable cancellation period has expired.

Bhanuni Group shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched.

Our delivery partner may make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered package to Bhanuni Group.

Customers are requested to provide:

• Complete and accurate delivery address;
• Correct PIN code;
• Valid mobile number; and
• Any other information reasonably required to facilitate delivery.

Where an order is returned to Bhanuni Group because the customer failed to accept or receive the delivery, Bhanuni Group may, at its discretion, charge additional shipping or re-delivery charges before attempting to send the order again.

All orders may require confirmation or signature upon receipt.
